Description: Userspace PWM fan management daemon
 Uses kernel hardware monitoring drivers to continually adjust the
 speed of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM, 4-wire) CPU and/or case fans
 in accordance with current temperature sensor values.

 In most cases the BIOS can do this instead, but some BIOSes do a
 poor job of it, or are too rigid in their configuration (e.g. use an
 initial fan speed that is already much too high).
